@stephenpaton134 @alisonthewliss 1. Labour didn't abstain on the Tory Welfare Bill (see below). 2. No it isn't, but it has a moral obligation to use its legislative power to reduce societal harm wherever possible. 3. Indeed they have, as have Labour MPs. We need to tackle this with action at all levels of govt.
